Agreement and the service
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and EatPrayWeigh regarding our website, applications, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Nutrition and health disclaimer
EatPrayWeigh provides general informational menu comparisons and convenience tools. It does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional treatment or advice. Recommendations may not be appropriate for your individual needs. Consult a qualified professional regarding health conditions, allergies, eating disorders, medications, or personal nutrition needs.
Restaurant menus, ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, prices, and nutrition information can change and may contain errors. Confirm current allergen and ingredient information directly with the restaurant. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Accounts and your information
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid features, prices, trial duration, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel through the platform where you subscribed. Unless required by law, fees already paid are nonrefundable. Website pricing shown before launch is illustrative and may change before purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy substantial content, reverse engineer software except where law permits, submit harmful code, impersonate others, or use the service to violate rights or law.
